During my recent stay at the Quays, I found a refreshing balance between luxury and value, a rarity in today's hotel market. The reception service stood out, seamlessly managing requests while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. My room, conveniently located at ground level, was spacious and impeccably clean, equipped with necessary amenities including tea and coffee facilities, which I appreciated after a long day of exploration. The serene surroundings enhanced my experience-plenty of greenery and picturesque views of the water added a tranquil touch. Breakfast offered a remarkable variety, catering to different tastes, while the adjoining pub provided a convenient dining option. Though my room's bathroom showed slight signs of wear, the overall comfort-and a quality night's sleep-made up for it. In a city often overwhelmed by high prices, the Quays is a sensible choice for those seeking serenity without sacrificing comfort. I will return, as this hotel has secured a place on my list.
